    English for Hospitality:

    This course develops listening and speaking skills to communicate with guests in the hospitality industry. It has a focus on the language used at the front desk and in the restaurant of a hotel. It is recommended for Elementary to Lower Intermediate learners of English and contains around 30 hours of online study.


    Topics include:
    Module 1: phone enquiries, reservations, requests, messages 
    Module 2: receiving guests, front desk enquiries, providing information
    Module 3: giving directions, taking orders, recommending and comparing
    Module 4: complaints, payments, farewelling guests
